	OUR STAFF Dick Beale, President Dick Beale is the President and owner of Beale Professional Services. Beale Professional Services (formerly M.R. Brackin, Inc.) has been the administrator for the Oklahoma Bar Association Plans since 1955 and the Oklahoma Society of CPAs Plans since 1962. Dick Beale went to work for Dick Brackin, Jr. in 1980 and bought the agency in 1986. Dick is a member of the Phi Kappa Psi fraternity, attended Indiana University and served honorably in the U.S. Army for four years. He is a Chartered Benefit Consultant (CBC), a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), the American Health Insurance Association (AHIA), the National Association of Alternative Benefit Consultants (NAABC), the Health Committee of the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce, a stakeholder in the Central Oklahoma Turning Point, and is President of the American Institute of Professional Association Group Insurance Administrators (AIPAGIA). Jennifer Beale, Vice President. Jennifer has worked for the agency since 1991, and was named Vice President at Beale Professional Services in 2003. She is a licensed Life, Accident and Health and Property-Casualty agent. She also holds a Surplus Lines License and Notary Public. Jennifer received her BBA in Promotions Management in 1997 from the University of Central Oklahoma. Her duties include marketing and advertising, sales, sales management, and Property-Casualty supervisor. She received her Chartered Benefit Consultant (CBC) in 2003 and is currently seeking her Registered Employee Benefit Consultant (REBC) designation. She is an Associate Member of American Institute of Professional Association Group Insurance Administrators (AIPAGIA), Vice President of Marketing of the Power Express chapter of the American Business Women's Association (ABWA), and the Executive Women's Forum (EWF). Cheryl Bauer, Senior Accounts Coordinator Cheryl is our Accounts Coordinator. She received her Associate of Arts in Accounting in 1996 from the University of Maryland. She served honorably in the United States Air Force for 16 years. Cheryl has been with Beale since 2002, and is responsible for billings, accounts receivables and payables, commissions, monthly reconciliation, carrier remits, and other general office duties. Amie Dilbeck, Firm Administrator Amie is the Agency Administrator at Beale. She is a licensed Life, Accident and Health Customer Service Representative (CSR) and a Notary Public. Amie received her Bachelor of Arts in 2003 from University of Central Oklahoma. She started in 1994, left in 2001 to pursue another opportunity and returned in 2004. Her duties include customer service, new business assignments, office manager, Life & Health CSR supervisor, and Management Liasion. Amie is currently seeking her Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) designation. Brad Owens, Commercial Account Coordinator Brad is our Commercial Accounts Coordinator. He is a licensed Property-Casualty agent. Brad has 6 years P&C agency experience and joined the Beale team in 2003. He is responsible for new business P&C sales as well as processing renewals of Accountants Professional Liability, Workers' Comp, Personal Umbrella, bonds, Business Office Packages, and Employment Practices Liability. Brad enjoys spending time with his wife Tracey, son Colton and daughter Berkley, as well as riding his Harley-Davidson all over the state. Janice Gilley, Senior Account Executive Life, Accident and Health Janice is our Life & Health Senior Account Executive. She is a licensed Life Accident & Health agent, and has been with Beale since 1991. She has 25+ years' experience in the insurance industry. She is responsible for new business Life Accident & Health sales, customer service, and account renewals. She is a member of Oklahoma City Association of Health Underwriters (OCAHU), and is currently seeking her RHU designation. She also serves on the Board of the Business Womens Golf Association (BWGA). Brian Humphrey, Eastern Oklahoma Account Executive Tulsa Office Brian is a native Tulsan, and is a licensed Life Accident & Health and Property-Casualty Agent. He became Beale's Eastern Oklahoma Account Executive in 2004, and has 20 years' insurance experience. He is responsible for new business sales in Eastern Oklahoma and currently offices out of his home in Tulsa. He received his B.S. in Business Administration in 1977 from the University of Tulsa. He is a member of National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), currently holds LUTCF, CIC, RHU designations and is working towards his CLU and CFA designations. He has been a multi-year member of the Million Dollar Roundtable and has received numerous other insurance industry-related awards. He has taught boys Royal Ambassador classes at South Tulsa Baptist Church, coaches little league and church league baseball, basketball and soccer. Brian enjoys spending time with his wife Shari, daughter Amanda and son Brett. Nancy Beckham Customer Service Representative, Life, Accident & Health Nancy is a licensed Life, Accident & Health Customer Service Representative (CSR) and is primarily responsible for the processing and administration of all life and disability business. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Kentucky with a BBA in Finance in 2002 and worked as a Financial Advisor with both MassMutual and AXA Equitable Life Insurance Company where she became Series 7 and 66 licensed. She moved to Oklahoma from Louisville, Kentucky in the summer of 2005 and started at Beale shortly after. Nancy enjoys spending time with her fiancé Walter and their Basset Hound Lucy, and they are expecting their first child in August. Heather Dixon, Accounting Coordinator Heather is responsible for accounts receivables and payables, premium invoicing, bank drafts, and multiple reports. Heather has an Associates Degree in Journalism/Public Relations, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree from OU. She has two beautiful children and enjoys volunteer work in her free time. Darci McKee, Customer Service Representative Life, Accident & Health Darci is a licensed Life, Accident, & Health Customer Service Representative (CSR), and is responsible for processing all health insurance applications, issuing policies, and customer service. She attended the University of North Texas where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. She enjoys playing sports, scrapbooking, and spending time with friends and family.
