Since 1958, the Oklahoma Bar Association Group Insurance Trust has been  providing group term life insurance to OBA members. You can choose from  $25,000 to $500,000 in life insurance, accidental death benefits,  spouse coverage and a dependent children's rider. This plan is perfect  for employer groups of 2 or more.

Affinity 2000 Individual Yearly Renewable Term Life Insurance

One flexible policy helps cover your insurance needs. Helps with children's education, mortgage protection, inheritance and estate taxes, probate costs and final expenses. Apply for up to $1 million of coverage.

OBA 10-year Level Term Life Insurance

Coverage is underwritten by New York Life Insurance Company.  With this program, premiums and death benefits are guaranteed for 10 years.
