Dick Beale, President
Richard A. “Dick” Beale was born and raised in South Bend, IN and attended Indiana University, where he majored in Business Administration and was a member of Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity. Dick began his insurance career with Indiana Insurance Company in Indianapolis in 1967. After four years of service in the Army as a Nuclear Weapons Maintenance Specialist, Dick resumed his insurance career in Dallas in 1972 with Continental Insurance Companies. Since 1980, Dick has been involved with the administration of the Oklahoma Bar Association and Oklahoma Society of CPAs Insurance Programs. In 1986, Dick Beale purchased the business, renaming it Beale Professional Services. Dick has continued his close association with the OBA and OSCPA and has expanded the number and types of insurance programs available to members. Dick is an Advanced Chartered Benefit Consultant (ACBC) and Certified Long Term Care Consultant (CLTC).
Dick recently served as President of the American Institute of Professional Association Group Insurance Administrators, is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, the Association of Health Insurance Advisors, the National Association of Alternative Benefit Consultants and a member of the OKC and State Chamber Healthcare Committees. Community Service includes participation as a stakeholder in Oklahoma Turning Point, the Oklahoma County Tobacco Free Coalition, the Oklahoma Insurance Department’s Strategic Coverage Initiative and is presently Vice President of the Health Alliance for the Uninsured.
Jennifer Beale, Vice President.
Jennifer joined the agency full-time in 1997, and was named Vice President in 2003. She is a licensed Life, Accident & Health and Property-Casualty agent, and holds a Surplus Lines License and Notary Public. Jennifer received her BBA in Promotions Management in 1997 from the University of Central Oklahoma. She received her Chartered Benefit Consultant (CBC) in 2003 and her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2009. She is currently serving on the National Council of the American Institute of Professional Association Group Insurance Administrators (AIPAGIA), the Health & Wellness grant committee of Impact Oklahoma, is a Business Women’s Golf Association (BWGA) board member, and is a member of Professional Insurance Marketing Association (PIMA), Oklahoma Society of Association Executives (OSAE), American Business Women's Association (ABWA), and an alum of the Executive Women's Forum (EWF). Jennifer has recently been selected for Leadership Oklahoma City Class XXVIII.
Amie Dilbeck
, Agency Administrator
Amie is the Agency Administrator at Beale. She is a licensed Life, Accident & Health Customer Service Representative (CSR) and a Notary Public. Amie received her Bachelor of Arts in 2003 from University of Central Oklahoma. She started in 1994, left in 2001 to pursue another opportunity and returned in 2004. Her duties include customer service, new business assignments, office manager, Life & Health CSR supervisor, and Management Liaison. Amie received her Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) designation in 2005.
Janice Gilley
, Senior Account Executive
Janice is our Senior Account Executive. She is a licensed Life, Accident & Health and Property-Casualty agent. She has been with BPS since 1991 and has 25+ years’ experience in the insurance industry. Her responsibilities include new business sales, customer service and account renewals.
After earning her CLTC designation (Certified in Long Term Care) in 2007, she joined the American Association for Long-Term Care Insurance. She has been a member of the Oklahoma City Association of Health Underwriters (OKCAHU) since 2002 and previously served on the Board of Directors for two years. Janice is also a six year member of the Business Women’s Golf Association (BWGA) and previously completed a 2-year stint serving on the BWGA Board. She enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends.
Crystal Stone
, Account Executive
Crystal is a licensed Life, Accident & Health and Property-Casualty agent. She has 6+ years’ experience in the insurance industry with independent agents. She has over 10 years in marketing, sales and customer service. Her responsibilities include new business sales, customer service and account renewals. Crystal grew up in California and moved to Oklahoma in 2001 after graduating college with a degree in marketing. She currently resides in Edmond and has two little girls. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and is very active with several charities including the Make-A-Wish foundation of Oklahoma.
Deanna Skinner
, IT Administrator
Deanna has been with BPS since 2006 and is responsible for maintaining our Local Area Network, SQL Databases and Business Applications. She holds an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Information Systems degree. In addition to 9+ years experience in the information technology industry, she holds certificates for Oracle Database Administrator (OCP), SQL Server Database Administration (MCTS), Certified Help Desk Professional (CHDP) and Internet and Computing Core (IC3). Deanna enjoys learning about new technology and spending time with her family and friends.
Summer Vinson
, Marketing Representative
Summer is responsible for marketing and advertising. She is a licensed Life, Accident & Health Customer Service Representative, who has over 4 years' experience working with agents and employer groups when she was employed by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma, and then Aetna Life Insurance Company as a sales representative. She also has over 5 years' experience in marketing and advertising. She obtained her B.A. in Journalism from the University of Oklahoma in 1997. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, and she has a passion for animals and organizing.
Cynthia Knight
, Senior Accounts Coordinator
Cynthia is our Senior Accounts Coordinator. She began her employment with Beale Professional Services (BPS) in April 2008, and brings over 20 years of accounting experience. Cynthia received her Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University, and she is a notary public.
Her responsibilities encompass the accounting functions at BPS which include: monthly financial reports, remittances to our insurance carriers, quarterly and annual insurance census reports, unique group billings, daily audits of accounts receivables, and insured plan changes.
Dayna Lusch
, Customer Service Representative Life, Accident & Health
Dayna is a licensed Life, Accident & Health and Property-Casualty Customer Service Representative. She has been with Beale Professional Services since May 2008 and has 6 years’ insurance experience. She is a valuable team member who dedicates her time to helping our clients with their health, life and disability insurance plans. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree from UCO, is married and has two teenagers.
