Dick Beale, President

Dick Beale is the President and owner of Beale Professional Services. Beale Professional Services (formerly M.R. Brackin, Inc.) has been the administrator for the Oklahoma Bar Association Plans since 1955 and the Oklahoma Society of CPAs Plans since 1962. Dick Beale went to work for Dick Brackin, Jr. in 1980 and bought the agency in 1986. Dick is a member of the Phi Kappa Psi fraternity, attended Indiana University and served honorably in the U.S. Army for four years. He is a Chartered Benefit Consultant (CBC), a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), the American Health Insurance Association (AHIA), the National Association of Alternative Benefit Consultants (NAABC), the Health Committee of the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce, a stakeholder in the Central Oklahoma Turning Point, and is President of the American Institute of Professional Association Group Insurance Administrators (AIPAGIA).

Jennifer Beale, Vice President.

Jennifer has worked for the agency since 1991, and was named Vice President at Beale Professional Services in 2003. She is a licensed Life, Accident and Health and Property-Casualty agent. She also holds a Surplus Lines License and Notary Public. Jennifer received her BBA in Promotions Management in 1997 from the University of Central Oklahoma. Her duties include marketing and advertising, sales, sales management, and Property-Casualty supervisor. She received her Chartered Benefit Consultant (CBC) in 2003 and is currently seeking her Registered Employee Benefit Consultant (REBC) designation. She is an Associate Member of American Institute of Professional Association Group Insurance Administrators (AIPAGIA), Vice President of Marketing of the Power Express chapter of the American Business Women's Association (ABWA), and the Executive Women's Forum (EWF).


Cheryl Bauer , Senior Accounts Coordinator

Cheryl is our Accounts Coordinator. She received her Associate of Arts in Accounting in 1996 from the University of Maryland. She served honorably in the United States Air Force for 16 years. Cheryl has been with Beale since 2002, and is responsible for billings, accounts receivables and payables, commissions, monthly reconciliation, carrier remits, and other general office duties.


Amie Dilbeck , Firm Administrator

Amie is the Agency Administrator at Beale. She is a licensed Life, Accident and Health Customer Service Representative (CSR) and a Notary Public. Amie received her Bachelor of Arts in 2003 from University of Central Oklahoma. She started in 1994, left in 2001 to pursue another opportunity and returned in 2004. Her duties include customer service, new business assignments, office manager, Life & Health CSR supervisor, and Management Liasion. Amie is currently seeking her Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) designation.

Janice Gilley , Senior Account Executive Life, Accident and Health

Janice is our Senior Account Executive. She is a licensed Life Accident & Health and Property-Casualty Agent. She has been with BPS since 1991 and has 25+ years' experience in the insurance industry. She is responsible for new business sales, customer service and account renewals. Janice joined the Oklahoma City Association of Health Underwriters (OKCAHU) in 2002 and is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the second year. Janice is also a five year member of the Business Womens Golf Association (BWGA) previously completed a 2-year stint serving on the BWGA Board. She enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends.

Darci McKee , Customer Service Representative
Life, Accident & Health

Darci is a licensed Life, Accident, & Health Customer Service Representative (CSR), and is responsible for processing all health insurance applications, issuing policies, and customer service. She attended the University of North Texas where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. She enjoys playing sports, scrapbooking, and spending time with friends and family.

Deanna Skinner , IT Administrator

Deanna is our IT Specialist, handling hardware, network, software and programming needs. She holds an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Information Systems degree, and in addition to 9+ years in the technology industry, holds certificates for Oracle Database Administrator, Certified Help Desk Professional and Internet and Computing Core (IC3). Deanna enjoys sewing, crocheting and spending time with her family.

Vicki Gray , Commercial Accounts Coordinator

Vicki came to Beale as a licensed Property and Casualty General Lines Agent. Vicki is responsible for new business P&C sales as well as processing renewals and policy changes of Accountants Professional Liability, Workers' Comp, Personal Umbrella, bonds, Business Owners Packages, and Employment Practices Liability policies. Vicki has an Associates degree in Mass Communications and is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. She has 2 1/2 years' agency P&C experience, as well as past work experience in Human Resources and Payroll Administration.

Kristen Childs , Commercial Accounts Coordinator

Kristen worked in sales and marketing for one year, after graduating from the University of Oklahoma with a BBA in Marketing in 2005. She then moved to Madrid, Spain to teach English through an ESL program and learn Spanish. Kristen is currently pursuing a Masters in Speech language pathology at the University of Central Oklahoma. Kristen answers the phones, and helps Accounting, CSRs and agents with mailings and data entry.

Donna Mares , Life and Health Account Executive

Donna is a licensed Life, Accident & Health agent who joined Beale in July 2007. Prior to working at Beale, Donna spent 6 years with Allstate, starting out as an Executive Assistant, then as a Financial Service Agent. At Beale, Donna is responsible for educating clients on the different life, disability and health options available so that they can make an informed decision on the healthcare and income protection options available to them. She also helps spread the word on the many services provided by Beale at various association conferences. Donna is a mother of two young girls and newly engaged. Her hobbies include a near obsession with bike riding, she is a member of the OKC Velo Women's Racing team, hiking, cooking and spending time with her family as often as possible.

Summer Vinson , Marketing Representative

Summer is responsible for marketing, sales and account service. Summer is a licensed Life, Accident & Health agent, who has over 4 years' experience working with agents and employer groups when she was employed by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma, and then Aetna Life Insurance Company. She also has over 5 years' experience in sales, marketing and advertising. She obtained her B.A. in Journalism from the University of Oklahoma in 1997. Summer is a highly organized person, who enjoys helping others with home organization.

Jan Fike , Accounts Coordinator

Jan is responsible for accounts receivables and payables, premium invoicing, bank drafts, and multiple reports. Jan joined Beale in July 2007, with over 10 years' experience in various accounting roles.
